FABULIPS: This is the greatest lip balm ever. HANDS DOWN. It softens, moisturizes, smells great AND leaves your lips with a subtle, gorgeous sheen. Sister and I each picked up a tube yesterday after we left the Bliss SOHO spa. Delightful and highly reccommended.
